GC Design/Build Associates can assist you in the early planning of your project by

helping you organize and edit your ideas and help you through the process of decison making to fully realize your dream.

GC Design/Build Associates provides complete design services for your new home, addition, remodel, deck, pergola, gazebo and any other new construction you may imagine. We design and also have a complement of architects and designers with whom we have built long relationships.

GC Design/Build Associates promotes energy efficiency, sustainability and green design and building services for your project.

Gary Charpentier has designed and built or managed the construction of passive solar homes, additions and systems and Energy Star Certified homes and is a member of the North East Sustainable Energy Association and the US Green Building Council.

Have your own architect or designer? We can review your plans through the eyes of a builder to ensure they are complete and to ensure proper costing so that you have no surprises with your chosen builder.

GC Design/Build Associates is a full service General Contractor. We build our designs or those of your architect or designer.

GC Design/Build Associates has over

40 years experience in the construction business, building and/or managing the building of new homes, additions, custom loft buildouts, retail and commercial space fit outs and multi-family and mixed use construction developments.

We believe that client service is key. We provide honest, responsive, clean and efficient services with as little disruption to your home or business as possible.

We recycle much of our waste and all of our project sites are no smoking zones; there are no loud radios or blowing trash to affect you or your neighbors.

We are obsessively detail-oriented. We schedule, contract, manage and inspect all work to ensure it is complete and to your satisfaction.

Project Management

GC Design/Build Associates offers Project Management Services to homeowners, business owners, developers and builders.

Gary Charpentier of GC Design/Build Associates has provided Owner's Representation and Project Management services on multiple projects including historic restorations, new single family and multi-family homes, the adaptive reuse of mill buildings, the renovation of manufacturing facilities and the construction of new mixed use developments.

We have the expertise to make sure you get what you pay for. GC Design/Build Associates can represent your interests throughout the entire design and building process ensuring that your plans and specifications are complete and concise, your construction budget is realistic and efficient and your building project is completed as expected.

GC Design/Build Associates can author RFP's, write, review and edit construction specifications, initiate and/or review scopes of work and construction contracts and provide you the peace of mind that you have control of your project.
